iamtimwade.com is a special place for me, and I hope it will become a special place for you as well.

This website is special to me because it allows me to share with you who I am, the work I do, and most of all, the God I love. In light of this, I want this website to become a community unto itself, a place where you and I, and even total strangers from around the world, can become friends as we exchange our thoughts and ideas on a wide variety of subjects that most people are able to relate to.

My hope is that within these digital walls you will discover a place filled with love and acceptance, as well as comfort and peace.  As you explore these pages you will also discover that I am just an average person with a difficult past life, a present tense life that I am working out with fear and trembling, and a future life filled with eternal hope in Jesus Christ.

I want to add one final thought to this welcoming. While I love the Lord, and love the Holy Bible, and write extensively about my faith in Jesus, I do not preach. This is not a place for grandstanding, soapbox sermons, or arguments about questionable matters of  faith. This is a place for real people from all backgrounds and all walks of life to come and take refuge and find friendship, support, and love.
